ERP 112: Human Capital Concept 1
In ERP 112 (Human Capital Concept 1), the business departments involved include Finance, Procurement, Retail Sales, and Human Resources. Essentially, in this module, learners will be able to handle all the aspects and activities involved in managing the workforce of the business. Ranging from organizing the employment policies, recruitment process, training, benefits and welfare, payroll and others, the human resource department organizes the staff of the company.
The main learning goals of this module include deepening one’s understanding of:
1. How to maintain the headcount staff per department
2. Training
3. Counseling
4. Transfer
5. Hiring of new staff
6. Dismissing staff
