The Elo rating system is a method for calculating the relative skill levels of players in zero-sum games such as chess. All club and personal scorecards, including the club ELO or personal ELOs can be published online as evidence of their hard work and achievement in their quest for business knowledge. Every year, MonsoonSIM conducts an international inter-varsity competition called the MERMC (MonsoonSIM Enterprise Resources Management Competition).
